It's not a loaded question. He's shown by action and words he hasn't been willing to do so in matters he, personally, does not like and on things he rejects based on 'charter'. That being said; seems like most of the staff loves him still, so meh, call me whiner all you like. I'm done with caring.

It is as correct now as it was 10 years ago. No fault of you own if you weren't about then, but even after the quake when a new day was dawning there was a 'doom and gloom' portion of the community decrying the way we were going about our rebuild and telling us it would never work etc.
