I feel very little inclination to revisit past DMA rulings unless there is a clear mandate from the active DM population or Standards to do so. ALFA is a project with a long history of discussion on the fine points of our operation, and unless something pertinent has changed substantially, I can see small need to rehash old debates. I don't think of this as limiting, more like maintaining continuity.
