I'm almost sure "Ghostly Visage" is an NWN1&2 invention... an interpretation of "Blur" that is more powerful (DR) but less versatile (caster only), with some other slight tweaks.
I may be wrong, Ghostly Visage may be in some other sourcebook out there, but I'm open to being educated.

Also, a lot of spells have been dumped under divination, since most of that school's spells aren't feasible in a single person CRPG and thus not included. If we're going to put spells back in their proper places, we may have to "pad" the divination school too.

Yes, but is Ghostly Visage found in any published sourcebook out there? Or is it just a stand in for Blur (more powerful, caster only variant designed for single player campaign survival, as with maybe more than one design decision for either NWN1/2).
