Okay ... now that Zelks rectum has been sealed, is everyone still "on" for this?

Oldgrayrogue, danielmn have you two committed to PC types yet?

I would like you to work on a "joint" background for your PCs if you wouldn't mind.

I am having some video problems, hopefully I will have it all sorted out this before this weekend.

It would be easiest to explain for just the two of you to have the joint background, Zelk's PC is already in play, so it would probably require a sudden change to Persephone's background in order to justify all three of you knowing each other...but if Zelk is cool with it, thats fine by me.

as for the campaign start date...

It is all dependent on when I can fix my video, I deleted something I shouldn't have and now I can only get my PC to work with the onboard video.

I have maybe 2 weeks of building and testing to complete, but the game could start before I am finished building...

I didn't spend any time monkeying with it yesterday as it makes me

... I will give it another shot today.

Wouldn't be cool with a sudden and unexplained change of background; that'd change who the character is/how she acts/why she acts that way, unless dan and oldgrey are willing to have their characters have been captured by hobgoblins at some point - and the dwarf wouldn't either kill himself or attack the hobbos unarmed until they killed him - in which case it's pretty easy to attach an "Oh yeah, they were there. That was a year ago. Good to see you guys are doin' alright!"

I agree that's its easier for Dan and I to have just our characters share a background rather than have Zelk change his or amend it so that he knows us. Perhaps our first session can be about something that introduces the two boys with the nice cleric?

I will email Dan a proposed bio for my guy and then we can work on them together and send them to Nalo. And Nalo, take whatever time you need starting up the campaign. Its all good =)

System restore is my friend, so I should be back to building tonight. If everything goes well I will be ready to begin the first week of September.

/if/ being the keyword.

So we have ...

Dwarf Ranger
Human Fighter
Human Cleric

Rogue (for traps and puzzles...)
Wizard (for magical traps and puzzles...)

Those abilities would be helpful as well.
