With all due respect, i don' t think this should even be an option. It only encourages the exponents against moderation into actively resisting. It is not impossible to moderate; the only issue is ensuring we have sufficient active moderators willing to moderate according to the guidelines presented.

Still it is quite counter-productive, as it will make ALFA seem even more elitist. Like having a club house that we don´t talk about :-)

*nods* this is what I mean by impossible to moderate.
If we want a moderated channel, we need to find moderators in all time zones.

If we do get more mods though, at least pick people who have been around for a long time. That was the problems with the last time we had new moderators, they were all new people.
