This week's DM news!

Post by HEEGZ »

Welcome Twin Axes, our newest ALFA DM. Curm and I approved him for TSM today. He'll be getting some training for the next few weeks and start actively DMing soon.

Also, a warm welcome back to Ith, who has been back on TSM in full swing. Laying down encounters and generally giving us players stuff to do.

Thanks a bunch to both of you for stepping up! 8)

Finally, HDM and Lead Admin Arri has been running a rock solid campaign on Moonshaes. It's a lot of work, but we all appreciate her keeping things running week after week in a compelling campaign session every weekend (plus).

If there are other DM's active let me know so that they can be recognized as well.

Such fantastic news.

As a current well-overplayed DORF on TSM lately, I feel as if I am extra happy that Twinaxes will be swinging the wand of death our way.

Thank you for DMing, and thank you to the Powers for approving him!

Hope to see you soon TA!

Having time off of work can help; unfortunately that time is not infinite.

Twin Axes just completed DM101 and should be able to run basic sessions, XP/GP, and so on.

Good luck to him!

I was going to swoop in stealthily in like a barmaid at Frostbeard's, but...outed!

That's the one next to the Kill button right? I need new glasses...

That would be Twin Wands of Death, remember! But aye, hopefully Felbarr will see some life again sometime soon.

Thanks for the welcomes all. And thanks Heegz for an amazing amount of information in an amazingly short time. I'm ready to go out and start clicking on things! Ooh the power...

I'm hoping to enjoy this surge from the vanguard of goonery and am looking forward to meeting you all on the battlefield! I mean, I hope to live up to the confidence the Powers have placed in me and that we shall all have many fun hours together.

Good luck on your second PCs!

I have decided I would rather be a DM on BG right now, if I can get hold of SF and get approved. Is anyone in touch with him? I have a weekly campaign idea I would like to run there, probably Sunday nights Euro time.

I'll be moving Dori back to TSM, so look out for one more axe murderer to swell the ranks of the un-undead.

Twin Axes has actually shifted his DM wand over to BG, after Shadowfax approved the switch.

To cover the gap, I'll be DMing again on TSM, and also on BG periodically if needed. I'm super busy with the last week of school right now, but should be freed up starting in June.

Yes, I have been let loose on BG. I'll be ad hocing from time to time, trying to get to know the server and the DM tools. Probably during Euro evenings (EST afternoons). I want to start a campaign for low level PCs in week or two. Will post more details in the BG forum when the time comes.
