I think we should do away with it, and decide all matters with public, open discussions and votes. Adding weighted voting for administrators, PRs and previous admins and PRs may hold a good idea, elected officials should show some kind of hiearchy and importance in a community, no? Otherwise, why have elections or rotating admins at all?
