ALFA should get a Twitter account and use that when something new is released, or when a new DM joins or a new player. Likewise with the Facebook page.

Use the social media dammit :D
pragmatic (adj.)
The opposite of idealistic is pragmatic, a word that describes a philosophy of "doing what works best."
From Greek pragma "deed," the word has historically described philosophers and politicians who were
concerned more with real-world application of ideas than with abstract notions. A pragmatic person
is sensible, grounded, and practical.

Pishposh! I'm done volunteering. I will, however, still toss amazing ideas around for others to benefit from :)

Can't we automate the twitter feed so that when a new player is accepted, it announces it, or when someone gets DM permissions on the forum or whatever? Same as with the patch notes and all the stuff we can think of?
Then, when a player reaches level 5, 10, and 15 (or are we too scared from OMGMETA to do that?, if so, maybe just announcing that a member has reached a certain level). Also, hell, when someone dies as well. That shit is interesting to read about :)

What we need to do is make a "fuzz" about stuff, announce what we're doing, what our members are doing, and when fun stuff happens. People on the outside should look in and go: "Hey, that looks fun, maybe i should join?"

Tech improvements should be noted too. e.g. ALFA releases PnP compliant spell XYZ etc., ALFA implements RWS swimming etc.

Great news, Hialmar. I figure that more exposure is never a bad thing, right? :)

figure out what hash-tag the DnD RP community is using. We should use that to get visibility.
