I wanted to give players some tips on gettign your extraordinary PC approved:
the apps that have failed in the past fall into 3 broad categories:
(1) require one on one DMing because the race is KOS on the region of Faerun you intend to play it on.
(2) app shows little understanding of the character race
(3) we currently have too many of this type of PC (while 1&2 are fixable, if everyone applied for the same race at once the game world would suffer as tons of elistraen drow wander the surface)
