Halfing stealth "small stature" +4 modification

halflings are also missing the +2 to hide from the their "Skill Affinity: Move Silently", feat.
so it's really an extra +4 Hide/+2 Move Silenty to keep in mind.

My "Skill Affinity (Move Silently)" in intact and shows on my character sheet and in skill checks.

It is just "small stature", which lists in my Character record, cites bonuse to hide among others, but just doesn't seem to be integrated into "player visable" mechanics. Like AL said ...I just posted to see if it was known to be functioning in the engine or not.

Rathalan may be half a man but that doesn't mean you get a stealth modifier.
