Many Thanks to Teric

Post by Curmudgeon »

Teric neDhalir has stepped aside as HDM of ALFA 11 - The Western Heartlands. After many years of building, including constructing ALFA's first Live NWN2 server - OAS2, Teric needs to take a break. I'd like to offer him my thanks for all the work he's put into ALFA thus far - Teric, you've been in the trenches for so long - I appreciate everything you've built thus far.

WHL will remain up as a Beta server for the time being, as Damart is currently willing to keep hosting.

Thanks again, Teric. Take a break - you deserve one.

Teric is a gem.

And you folks know that if I give praise, it means something.

Thanks a lot for all your work and effort!

Thanks Teric,

I've not seen it but have heard nothing but good stuff.

Take your time to wind down, Teric. Nothing remains fun 24/7; we'll be here when you get back. And we'll probably be whining, shouting and tugging at your sleeves to build/script/DM/play/administer.

Thank you for your kind words - what can I say? I have pushed on to the point of submitting a Live candidate for 011 and at that point have rather collapsed. I'm happy to advise a new HDM on any aspect of the server and there are plenty of descriptions and maps in the 011 Builder and DM forums that should help a new team acclimatise. It's nearly finished, it really is, honest :) What it needs now is someone to put some D&D in it!

If anyone needs me just PM,
Teric
