my take on subject would be that intelligence is ability to come to a conclusion given all the facts. wisdom is coming to the same conclusion without the facts.

Intelligence is knowing that a dragon has a big pile of gold and is worth a load of XP.

Wisdom is knowing you won't get that gold and XP if you're dead.
Current PCs:
NWN1: Soppi Widenbottle, High Priestess of Yondalla.
NWN2: Gruuhilda, Tree Hugging Half-Orc

Having good intelligence is knowing to look for the differences between INT and WIS in a Dungeons and Dragons book.

Having wisdom is knowing not to check the monster manual.
“In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.” - Open Message to the Executive Branch.
