Disarm feat
Does this feat work properly (or properly enough) in ALFA? Are there any feats that dont work right that would gimp a character if selected?

Re: Disarm feat
There have been many discussions in these forums on Disarm. Here is one of the more recent.

Re: Disarm feat
Thanks Curmudgeon.
I had read that thread before posting this topic and it appeared as if I couldn't post in it. I posted this new topic because the earlier discussions do not answer my questions.
I suppose it would be clearly communicated (in the forums or in character creation) if taking the feat would be wasteful or worse yet detrimental to one's build, so I'll assume the feat is good-to-go; perhaps all fixed up in recent updates, etc.

Re: Disarm feat
In case anyone is following this....
Another player has suggested I NOT assume the feat works. So if you were wondering if some feats don't work properly 'round here..... wondering if taking a certain feat will gimp your character.....
The orbs of divination remain cloudy.

Re: Disarm feat
As I recall, the issues are these:
- The feat(s) work as intended for NWN.
- The feat(s) work nothing like they do in PnP.
- The monsters and NPCs may or may not be disarmable as such, depending on whether the builders remembered to change the default settings.
