None outside the general populace of those that do contribute through various forms of media on a regular basis under the symbolizer of "builder", "dm", etc. have been donating content outside of actually taking on obligations for the process of server building, thereby leaving a lack of desireable quantities of content flow into the servers.

It's not server building exactly, but since putting my name down for PA, I have had so many people PM me with offers to ehlp out and contribute. It's been really amazing.
