A tie vote does not mean its a failure of the electoral system here.

A general vote could end up with the same exact result.

Either way, its a statistical possability.

The Lead Admin is not going to pick favorites, especially this one. Him doing so is not favortism nor does it void democracy here. Everyone who voted accepted that was a possability.

Now I could get behind settling the matter through a general vote if Paazin doesn't want to chose. Redoing the vote would just come down to who got their supporters out. Considering the gamesmanship and blind luck, its better to let the Lead decide.

Also... bear in mind, this is only for a 2 month term.
