Looking for a NWN2 Cormyr server team.

Please send me a PM if you are interested in working on Cormyr for NWN2.

The "pillars" for this server will be the following.

1. Abiding by current ALFA standards
2. DM friendly (cue cards for NPCs, Improv adventure resources, in game documentation, open to all other ALFA DMs...unless they want to play on the server.)
3. Player friendly ( scheduled gaming sessions, assistance in finding other players by use of the NWNConnections website. )
4. Canon and common sence commitment to realism.
5. Immersive environment (implement measures to increase interaction between the game world and the players actions.)
6. Themes server wide that all DMs can help foster.

I will host the server when I get my new PC.
I want to be the HDM.
I will do a large portion of the building and dialogue.
I will work with NWNConnections to post scheduled games and recruit both players and DMs that are from the "PnP generation."

just F.Y.I. ... My time line is....I will be DMing on NC for NWN1 as soon as I get my PC, then I will install NWN2 and apply for DMing for the NWN2...

At some point I will graduate from PADM-ship.

I am taking on a lot so I don't expect to be a "regular" DM, I will just pop in when I can, especially for lonely players or when the DM team wants an extra hand for an event.

As for the Cormyr thing I would like to get some feedback / discussion about how it will relate to the other NWN2 servers, I should probably contact the NWN2 HDMs...*goes to see who's who*

I can help you with installing the NWN2 server along with NWNX4 and hooking it to the vault.
Don't have much time for more.

Oh and if you don't have enough builders/DMs for creating a new server I have a few options for you:
- host the OAS2 server (we need a full time hoster for it).
- join a beta server team that misses a hoster and help them.

Not to be rude, but are you certain you can actually run a server without quitting when the going gets tough? You quit and came back several times in one week already. I'd hate to see servers, once again, leave because someone throws a hissy-fit tantrum and walks out. I'm not suggesting that you give up on making a server, I am merely saying... will you stick by your words and actually see this through to completion without letting the boards get the best of you, like past history has shown?

Joining the bully is a sign of weakness.

I forgot that the loudest speaking jerks in the community really hold the least amount of authority here. So I can happily ignore them until such time as the moderation process changes to protect its members from Trolls, and Bullys.
