PADMs and DMA election

Some PADMs, to include myself, would like to vote for the new DMA.

Since Rusty has resigned, how can a PADM meet the requirements to be granted full DM status prior to the election?

Unfortunately, now that the 'cycle' has started, vote enabled groups are locked, I believe.

Voting groups are indeed closed, but since there has been no DMA to fix this in the past 2/3 weeks, It's still worth checking if something was or will be done to go around that.

Promotion from PADM to ADM is done by primarily by the initiative of the HDM of the server under which the player DMs. IIRC, with no DMA the requests just get forwarded to the other Admin so they can just validate the HDM's decision. As HDMs are busy people they often forget - it's good to poke them once in a while so as to remind them.
