Questions for All DMA Candidates

Because I can't be bothered making a post in each thread:

It was originally estimated that the first servers for ALFA using NWN2 would take 3-4 months to build. While this was a somewhat optimistic estimate, it took a fair bit longer than it should have to get the first live server up and running. Where do you think ALFA went wrong? And what would you have done differently if you were DMA?


(Before people start making with the angry replies, I am not pointing the finger at anyone myself)
