Planetouched Voting

As plane touched have always been a big issue in ALFA - relighted now that NWN2 includes plane touched races by default - it's time to deal with this and get something set in stone.

In order to do that, we'll be running a few quick polls to see what the majority of members feel regarding Plane Touched races.

Agenda
(1) Poll the DMs. This will include all DMs, both from NWN1 and NWN2, and NWN2 Team Members. It'll simply be a 'Yes' or 'No' to the question of Plane touched races in ALFA (NWN2). Should the majority be 'No', we will stop there.

(2) Poll all ALFA members. Same question, with the same consequences for a 'No' majority.

(3) Poll all ALFA members. 'Do we want restrictions/limits placed on planetouched races (this can include requirements, DM approval, a general cap or any other restrictions)? A 'No' vote means that you wish for Planetouched to be available to everyone, as all NWN1 races currently are. If you vote 'Yes', please comment on what restrictions you wish to see in place' If we get a 'No' majority, planetouched will be implemented (following approval from Standards and all the other stuff).

(4) Disucssion regarding the plane touched restrictions, if deemed necessary.

(5) Poll all ALFA members. 'What type of restrictions do you wish to see placed on Plane touched?'
