New Website Banner - Need your input!

Yeah yeah, but....."Bureacracy is increasing to deal with the increasing bureaucracy."
Really I'd rather we'd start to think about it being activily governed as here we've already a few policies on ALFA banners. Perhaps if we spewed ten pages of ideas, then polled ten, then we might leave everyones toes alone.
We're not missing out on the late coming options here and some of the artists here may want artistic freedom.
