please list changes if you choose that option.

I chose it myself, mostly because I believe that it is a very very rough draft and would require some "tweaking" the polls themselves are a way of re-defining the proposal.

I voted 2 but not purely so--I wouldn't leave ALFA entirely, but I would never become a DM here again, nor would I build for a server.

Why not ?

what is the biggest thing that would have to change to keep you on as a DM/Builder ?

A) There is a line between consistency for balance's sake and regulating out all creativity. That line was passed long, long ago. I will not build in an environment when everything down to the size I can make an area is being dictated to me by others.
B) I am not interested in building something that I am not in complete control of. I don't make NPCs for other people to play and I don't build servers for other people to run. The whole idea of a building team that builds the server for me to run is crap. I do my own work, thank you.
C) I don't care at all for the "let's throw out everything" mentality that is coming with NWN2, and I won't be a part of it. ALFA isn't perfect but completely destroying it and replacing it with something else is not a solution.
D) I will not DM on a server with more than ten to fifteen players on at any one time. I've DMed with 20-30 on for weeks before and it's an experience I don't care to repeat any time soon.
E) I will not be forced into a global plot, since frankly, most of the ones that have been proposed have sucked. I left the Shade War optional so those who thought it sucked could opt out, and it worked fine. There's no reason to change this.

So. :P I'm glad I wasn't planning on DMing again here anyway, I just hope it's still worth playing in.

Thanks for your answers...I really do respect you for speaking plainly.

could you suggest any changes that may make it more appealing?
