I'm +12,+13. I cannot in the interest of TRUTH vote -12,-11. It's the principle of the thing.

The original name for this thread was, what is your time-zones's offset modulo 24, which you could have answered truthfully, but I was afraid I would get stoned ;)

I feel left out. The important half of the world (ie. New Zealand +12/+13) has been completely forgotten about.

Sorry. In order not to have overlap I had to leave out the extreme minus or the extreme plus (where the IDT zigs and zags I guess).

I guess I left the wrong one out. Pick the opposite end of the spectrum, -12,-11, please.
