Apparently, passers by the Thayan Enclave saw a young female monk set fire to herself in front of the Shrine of Kossuth. Her robes were soaked in lamp oil and she went up like a dry cedar tree in Summer. The stench that filled the air was horrible according to neighbors. She burned for quite some time, leaving only ashes and charred bones on the scorched tiles of the Shrine.
