It was just coming on the first rays of sunshine of the morning when the bells of Silverymoon's towers began to ring. The populace awoke to the sounds. It was not any alarm, but some joyous occasion. Quickly, words spread as people gathered in the market to see what the commotion was of...and quickly, it became apparent.
Marching through the Hunter's Gate was Knight Protector Alyra Ashedown and Spellguard Olafaloran Beljuril. Her armor was battered, her shield splintered; his robes were frayed, and both their forms covered in the dirt and blood and debris of a war long fought. Behind them came the Spellguard and Knights in Silver sent off to the north to war with the dwarves so many months ago, and between them, the wagons that held their many fallen. All worn, all exhausted, but all bore the proud looks of victors of battles well fought.
Wives hugged their returning soldier husbands, and mothers kissed their knightly children in relief. Others leaned on friends and family as they did not see their own kin amongst the returned. Whatever the case, orders were spoken by Alyra and Olaf, before the two trudged on to let their troops celebrate, making for the castle...

highpriests and clerics of several faiths was not late to tend to the wounded and greeting the rest.
As the wagons of fallen rolled in those men and women of the faith able joined the silent group pushing and so did the common folk who could not find whom they looked for while tears ran down their faces and the temples opened their doors wide to honor those who so bravely served the federation, who did so all the others could rejoin with their familys and good friends...
the day proved to be a sunny and fine day and together with laughter and celebrations the temples bells slowly rose to a song of loss and memory to indicate even the fallen wished to be present this day.....
