A delivery for Rathalan Whitsword

A stranger in worn travel clothes, gains entrance to House Invincible with a scroll and shield for Rathalan Whitsword. He explains it and this shield of Helm are all that remains of a bard who had fallen afoul of ghouls on the Western Highway near Rivermoot. He hands them over respectfully to a guard who delivers them with solemn eyes.....
