Many reports flood the region of the fleeting sights and sounds of what many swear was a huge, blue Dragon. Most recount seeing or hearing the foul beast an hour before dusk, traveling along the Rauvine West from the Nethers. None claimed to lay eyes on the beast for more then a second as it danced among the low clouds that crowded the late evening sky. Reports of half a dozen mutilated and mostly eaten cows along the river valley appear to support these troubling reports. Local authorities advise any finding themselves in such a beasts purview to.. pray.
