Rugo sings at RM courtyard gates

Rugo, unkempt and reeking of rum, sang this song for Dawn Shiningeye, Sioril Davis, and Rion. As he neared completion he was briefly interrupted by something Rion evidently said, at which point all could see him brandishing a belaying and threatening Rion over something few could hear, but that sent the drunken hin into a brief rage. Dispite the interuption and his obvious drunken state his voice rang out well (perform roll 21).

After he finished he was seem to take a long pull at his bottle, then tossed the empty aside carelessly and staggered off for the Angler's Inn.
