Marching of Knights

In the early hours of Lathander's light, those up and awake in the city of Silverymoon were surprised by the sight of a Company of Knights in Silver marching from their Fortress, across the Moonbridge and then out through the Hunter's Gate. Though tight-lipped, it became fairly obvious the troops were marching through the Silverymoon Pass, likely heading north to where rumors have had it the war with the giants and denizens of the Underdark escalate.

Some days after...

Two covered wagons with 8 fully armored dwarfs as guards to each returned throu the gates and stopped next to the headquarter of the knights of silver. In haste several badly injured knights was carried in by the dwarfs who then quickly set their pace towards the gates and was seen head towards the silvypass as fast they could.

The same day rumors spread like fire among the many inn within the city, some say the damn dwarfs should handle their own war as decent good people are not trained to fight squads of giants... some say it proved the high moral of the knights, not even 100 giants would scare them away and to see a few injured knights return after that was not that bad considering... A human smith incist ob his fathers name he personally been called in to try remove one knights armor so the priests could tend to him unhindered but the armor proved so badly dented and buckled it just wasnt possible and its unsure how much longer he will live...

The only thing everyone seem to agree on is that Felbarr surely been up to something that angered the giants enough to bring them together and what happend now is likely just the beginning...

Rumors spread throughout the city of Silverymoon in the early morning as a procession not often seen passes through the marketplace after emerging from the Tower of Balance. Ten Spellguard, laden with what they normally carry for patrols in addition to an assortment of winter gear make their way through the streets following behind another gnomish Spellguard and leave through the gates heading north. With the escalating rumors of giants and Felbarr at hand, a connection is easily made between the two events.
