Can't change equipment location in inventory

Can't change equipment location in inventory -
You know how you have those 4 tabs? I can't move my stuff now. I can move it within the same tab, but not to another. Making for awful clutter. Anyone seen this?

Can you drag an item and drop it on a tab?

I can drag it to the tab, but when I try to drop it puts it back in its original place it started on the same tab.

Well.....took a couple re-logs, but it fixed itself.
Weird..... *shrugs*
