NWN1 Hak Setup

Okay, so I'm trying to get NWN1 set up again for ALFA. And, at a guess, my haks are really really really out of date... now I think about it, NWN1 is probably out of date as well *runs off to go update to 1.69*

Anyway, while that's going, I still can't work out how to update the haks. I'm pretty sure we no longer use the HakUpdater thingy we had a while ago, so jumping on the website it tells me to install WorldGate. However, I simply get a big error message when ever I try and install that. Looks like I have to do things manually, but can't find any links to any haks or mention of any ftps anywhere.

The other one, when ever I tried extracting it it just said something like it had unexpectedly reached the end of the file, or something.
