Problem with connecting the server

Hi i wanted to connect the server but the system said that the versionnumbers are not compatible. I have version 1.68 because 1.69 is not published in any other languages then english. and we can't choose the language at the installation of the game. so what can i do and maybe what did i do wrong?

You're out of luck, as are all non-Anglophones. BioWare decided to outsource the translation to amateurs, who have since fallen silent. Or BioWare isn't answering them.
Your only option at this point seems to be substituting the dialog.tlk file with an English one, and then update. And be stuck with an English game from thereon. Without updating to 1.69 ALFA (as well as most other PWs) cannot be played.

You didn't do anything wrong really. Only the english version of the pacth was ever released by bioware. As far as what you can do, other than wait for your version, you can try this work around.
