Can't login

It's been a while, but I can't figure outwhy I can't login to any servers on the NWN2 side... well, MS and BG anyway.
I see people online, but in GameSpy I don't even see any of the servers online.
Any ideas?

Not sure why you cannot log in or see the servers they are definitely up and running.
Try the direct connect maybe 71.80.157.78:5122 for BG ........ 71.80.157.78:5121 for MS

The info is located on the How to Connect to Our Servers Page
First, download and follow the instructions to use Skywings Client Extension, alongside Zelknolf's server monitor. Use the monitor to find an ALFA server of your choice, double click that server and hit connect, providing a password if necessary. All files should download to your computer seamlessly from there.
For direct connections (without using the monitor or if you are on a Mac) type in the initials of the server followed by .alandfaraway.info. For example, to connect to The Silver Marches, type in: tsm.alandfaraway.info and it will connect to the server. The two open servers are located by typing in bg.alandfaraway.info and ms.alandfaraway.info (no password needed.) The complete list of servers is here (only available to our members).

Thank you both!
I never did set up the Zelknolf magic, so trying the direct connect to "bg.alandfaraway.info:5122" which used to work, strangely does not work.
But the direct connect using Arri's IP addresses above (which are new numbers for me! yay!), DID work.... it's been a while... downloading the 1600 megs of updates now.

.....from China, on a bad WiFi through a shifty VPN..... so might take a while.
Thanks again. Now I have to try and remember which one of my two fools was last on BG.
I think Ptolem was on BG... and Bu was last on MS.... gad-zooks

Strange shit goin down...The auto-updater/downloader that started when I am logging into BG said:
0 / 1520.33 megs
It went up very fast, but went past the 1520.33 ...up to:
2002 / 1520.33 megs
Don't know what that means, but even weirder, NOW, it's going DOWN again?? so currently going down from 2002 megs... it's at:
1945 / 1520.33 megs....
And the 1945 number is going down very slowly.... but often jumps UP again? to then go down again...... LOL
This sound normal to anyone?

Sort of working, now the problem is, when trying to play, even with ALL graphics set to bare minimum, my screen just freezes without warning, and my computer vomits profanities at me, no surprise there, and it shuts itself down, blue screen of death, and reboots itself. Doubt NWN2 is playable pour moi.

You probably had not logged in since the Major update last March so you had ALOT of DLing to do beyond the normal server updates
no idea why you would have more issues than others once logged in . . . it runs fine for the rest of us as far as I know . . .
one thing you might try if you have a muliti core CPU on your computer is try limiting NWN2 to only 2 of them

ty for the help
Playing for over an hour now, and no crashes...... a suspect a similar issue I had years ago with my MOUSE of all things.
I have one of those blinky light "gaming mice" bought from a shady Asian side car store, that i tested as being a possible issue with crashes years ago... it tested as the cause of the crashes, and I just swapped it out, for a non-Blinky cute mouse... to a super bland, not-special-in-any-way mouse, and lo-and-behld, no crashes in over an hour, and I tested a lot...... caravans, dialogues, even combat (those pesky Zombies that keep coming back in that old ruins house near BG city.... no crashes.
All good. Ptolem is busy busy carting mail around the server as per usual.
Cheers
