interested.
pc is paladin/cleric.
will have to check on my availability at those times.
might need to be an ancillary character perhaps.

Re: BG Campaign Beginning
I'm interested. I can't help what is not happening on MS right now.
Can do most Fridays, every other Saturday, and most Sundays.

Re: BG Campaign Beginning
I can also make these time slots and have interest.
Re: BG Campaign Beginning
If it starts this weekend I will have to free up some things. Should be doable.
Re: BG Campaign Beginning
We have a good response here so I'll move forward with the planning. Let's start in two weeks, for ease of scheduling.
Re: BG Campaign Beginning
My PC has zero XP, so if I need some other class/role let me know. I have a fun backstory for BG server canon though, so would prefer to stick to current theme. I could adapt him to multiclass into something else, or just go straight cleric if needed.
Re: BG Campaign Beginning
I'd be interested if I had a character that wasn't a druid. That being said, demi-goddess Teresa would probably make this boring for me, so I'll just skip this one. Good luck!
First Character: Zyrus Meynolt, the serene Water Genasi berserker. "I am the embodiment of the oceans; serene until you summon the storm." Zyrus: http://tinyurl.com/9emdbnd
Second Character: Damien Collins, the atypical druid. "What? Being a stick in the mud is boring. No pun intended grins"
Western Heartlands HDM: On break. PM for emergencies

Re: BG Campaign Beginning
From zero XP to level 20 are welcome. Some things will be more suited to dinner levels than others, but there will be things for everyone to be involved in on each session.
Although this campaign will likely have less combat encounters than most other ALFA campaigns have, there should be some memorable battles.
With that in mind, I've run combat scenarios including levels from 4-20 and challenged everyone involved without pulling any punches and it worked well; lower levels were not obliterated and higher levels felt quite challenged if the goal was to keep the low levels alive. (Obviously, a high level could let the low levels perish and succeed alone, but that doesn't fly with many alignments.)
Expect a focus on role play, tricks, puzzles, and crawling. Expect meaningful combat but not hack and slash.

Re: BG Campaign Beginning
Sounds fun. I'll create a few backup PC ideas I can roll up to replace my PCs if/when they die. Don't pull any punches on my account.
Also, I'm going to try to hang out in BG a little bit throughout the week and maybe meet some of the other PCs. Last two nights I've checked there's been no one on, but I may just log in by myself to encourage someone else to log in.

Re: BG Campaign Beginning
Did we settle on a day/time in this? Coming up on that two week mark.

Re: BG Campaign Beginning
Bleh. Well I am free Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights as well as early Saturday mornings (if there is nothing going on TSM). Can't make Saturday and Sunday during the daytime though. Will do the best I can to meet up with people in game. Perhaps I'll have to try for the MS thing on Friday nights instead.
