Attempting to Join BG Server for First time Error

I'm trying to join the BG server for the first time and every time I try to connect it keeps telling me that it's "Unable to download alfa_creatures.hak from any supplied location." and to contact the server administrators. When it tries to download it gets a "Requested URL returned error: 404" type error.

We will get someone on it. Try joining the the IRC chat there and asking for tech help too. We will help!

It seems to be working now, I'm downloading, hopefully I'll get a chance to play before I go to work. Thanks to whoever fixed the issue!
