Can someone make Templar Armor using Costume Barrel/Acme?

So I was asked to make some armor for Dent Jars that looks like the above pic. Alas my time frame is not so good with working nearly full time for the next week. I know there are some delightful people out there that can do this up right.
The armor body I am thinking of is in the ACME or Costume Barrel, Chest, Plate, section. It will make any male character look extra bulky. Once you are done, it is intended for Dent. Assuming he will want Masterwork Plate, Steel/Iron and not anything beyond that.
Best to ask him!
Thanks.
Busy busy busy Cloud who is hating her job right now.

Thanks to you both!!
I was really asking if there was any tools or what not I might use to create such a look. I have been getting my feet wet in the toolset while trying to help out with the Skullport build (for as much as I can), and I want to get a new look for Dent in the process. I was trying to make it myself just to learn.

Killy...
Feel free to make a set also. This was my first try making armor so I am sure you could make something better than I. Plus, I can compare and hopefully learn something.

Well for tabards.. we have lion, plain or a snake. I am thinking plain? Lion seems more noble, snake seems a bit.. weird.

Hmm. Looks real good. Kinda chain-y. But looks good! Where the heck did you find the red cross symbol?

If you want? I certainly don't know where he pulled that red cross symbol from... but my style is a little bit different.
In all honesty? I hate tabards. But if you really, really want one...

The Cross is on one of the ACME chain shirts - they have one with an ankh too.
Tabbards can have snakes or a sphinx. At least, I think it's a sphinx.

MW Full Plate armor in ALFA NWN2 has a +1 adjustment to the Armor Check Penalty, making the ACP = -5 This is set by choosing the Masterwork Full Plate type in the "Base Armor Type For Rules" field in the Toolset Properties tab.
MW Full Plate should be priced at 1,650gp

There are two types of tabards if you choose the "Costume Barrel" Variation 31 or 32.
