High income and license to kill...

Hey!
Being greedy and corrupted as I am , I have accepted Curm’s offer to join BG DMs team. He’s paying me fixed price + bonuses for each PC I will manage to kill(higher level = higher bonus). My wife is on constant buying crave and I got to keep up with her pace. Best thing to do if you see me online is to log off.
Secret formula is PC level x 10 in UK pounds , so Lemuel is like a jackpot for me.
Alright, a brief moment of seriousness….and some info about myself.
As my GSID suggests my name is Sharon Peer, I’m 31 years old male and living in Israel. I started my romance with D&D back when I was 10 years old, I am playing on and off since then. I made my 3 years of mandatory service in the Golani brigade as a combat soldier, got discharged as platoon sergeant (sadly, still doing tons of reserve time until today). I am currently employed as a system/integration team manager at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (one of the largest generic drugs company in the world) and studying by myself to first degree at the Open University.
I started playing ALFA around a year ago and got hooked quickly. I’ve spent most of my time playing Grull and the last two and half months playing Ian. So far I’ve done some minor building for TSM, BG and the Moonshaes, now I’ve decide to sell my soul to the Satan and do some DMing.
I would like to give few tips and advises regarding my future DMing and style:
1. I play and DM around European evenings (GMT +2). I would try to make at least two sessions on weekly basis.
2. We’re all here to have fun. If you’re not having fun, log off , take a break and come back later with positive energies. If you’re not having fun for extensive periods of time and finding problems to ‘fit in’, it might be time to consider new concept or character.
3. RP distinguish ALFA from 99% of the games on the internet, do your share to keep it that way!
4. Do not assume that your character is ‘safe from dying’ during DM sessions (at least at mine) , the opposite, DM sessions could be more dangerous than a cave you been visiting for ten times and you know exactly what to expect.
5. Do not underestimate the power of your enemies. Even low level character s/NPCs/Monsters might have access to sleep, charm and hold person spells. With some unlucky rolls, those spells might be deadly even to superior forces. Example – a third level evil priest is leading a group of 5 goblins, on the paper it’s an easy encounter for a group of medium level characters. Sadly, the fighter in the group failed his will save roll and now being repeatedly beaten by the goblins, this situation might quickly develop into a nightmare for the entire party.
6. Do not underestimate the intelligence of your enemies. Expect any reasonable intelligent foe to make his best efforts to survive. That could mean anything from attacking ‘softer’ spell casting members of the party first, to setting up sophisticated ambushes or using ranged ‘hit and run’ tactics, depends on the type of creature. Example - if Galrus, Kyoro and Myoro are traveling around the glacier and encounter a frost giant, expect the giant to throw rocks at Kyoro and Myoro first thing before even considering melee combat with the dwarf.
7. Please use your head and consider your surroundings. If you do weird things next to people(NPCs) expect to be faced with the results. Also, some of the places are meant to be constantly populated and due to building limits are not, please consider this fact and act accordingly. If you have any doubts, please consult with a DM to get yourself covered. Example – killing someone during noon time in the middle of the street under the excuse “there weren’t any NPCs around there” is lame.
8. While I am still a stinking n00b, I would ask players to let me know if I do any mistakes. If you got “suspected” amount of XP or loot during my session, please report it.
9. If I am not answering to your tell I am not ignoring you, I am busy or AFK.
10. Don’t be greedy and know when to back away. If your high level character already had two sessions in the last couple of days, and you see me focusing on low level group, you do not have to shove yourself in. It’s not always fun for low levels PCs to see a higher level character hacking through their entire adventure with ease. Unless there is a STRONG IC reason for you to join the – find something else to do
That’s basically it, I believe I covered all the important issues for me as a DM.
My plans for close future are to give European players some pieces of the cake they deserve. I also plan to make plotlines and alternative for neutral /evil characters, I think they deserve some focus too. I hope players would find my sessions fun and if not….they can go to other servers
P.S
1. No matter what your character deity is , all players are expected to donate 10% of their incomes to the overgod deity “DM_Hollyfant”.
2. Unknown to most, DMs got levels as well. A newbie, first level DMs has access only to trash mobs and cannot spawn something that has x2 or more HD than his current level. While Curm and Wynna can spawn dragons, most new DMs can barely call up a gnoll(x3 a day). DMs gain levels by killing players and being rewarded by HDMs if they found original ways to do so.
