Technical Difficulties

Please post all technical difficulties here. This includes not being able to log in, reversions of .bics, p-storage issues, ect.

Spawn timers need to be corrected, a couple of minor updates to creatures.
Toolset work completed, upload and corrections pending my availability (stupid work!!!)

My .bic on Rathalan Whitsword is reverted. I would estimate it is at least a few weeks old, predating my arrival to BG.

The server appears stable with low ping, but after initially logging in and moving to the select character menu, I eventually time out before any of my characters appear as selectable options.
Maybe a Vault issue?
Maybe something else?
