This is your out of character warning. Please spread the word in game, and in chat.

I have modified the spawns as per the 010 Spawns Feedback requests. New spawn areas include, but may not be limited to: road between Beregost and Baldurs Gate, road between Baldurs Gate and Ulgoths Beard, and road between Beregost and Gullykin.

DO NOT TRAVEL ALONE. TRAVEL WITH A SCOUT, UNLESS YOU WANT TO START A FIGHT WITH SOMETHING THAT MAY BE NEW OR UNEXPECTED OR DANGEROUS.

Please offer any feedback regarding the new spawns here or in the 010 Spawns Feedback thread. Creatures will be different as well as group composition.

I'll try to run some adventures in the next few nights that take PCs through the areas, so that I can personally monitor encounters that may appear.

no kidding... based on what ragnus saw last night, he will be going for the morning walks to pick up corpses now daily..

very nice to see different things popping up now, even friendly spawns. also, not sure if it's just the impression or something riot did, it seems spawns are more intelligent nowadays... beware.

I wandered around for a few hours today and have to agree, things are more interesting these days. Thanks, Riot. I even ran into a patrol of a half dozen flaming fists after encountering bandits further down the road (among other encounters, both living and undead), on my way back. It was a nice contrast.

p.s. Can't complain about the loot, either.

In the first area out of Baldur's Gate along the road to Beregost... a ghast, half a dozen bandits and two ogres! That was pretty cool!
