Build Proposals

As I'm here primarily as a builder/scripter I have posted a number of options I see to extend/expand the server in the DM forum, and wont go into too many details as they contain server specific data.
However I would like to gauge to opinion of the player base to further discussion of these ideas amongst the DMs.
The main ideas are as follows:
A:Expansion of the playing area (not the area depicited) of the server. That is to say an increase in the available areas in which to play, an increase in the distance between two points on the map and a diversification in the terrain available.
B:Adding more ambient content. NPCs and/or creatures which are not hostile or combat oriented to add "mobile eye candy" to the module. Commoners, Non-adventurers, wildlife, etc.
C:Limited but useable underdark areas, consisting mainly of near surface dungeons/cave systems extending down to the upper dark initially. As per canon for the region these would be several physically separated areas linked possibly by portals rather than a web of tunnels, caverns and caves.
