Limited DM's and DM Time
With only OGR and myself DMing at the moment in BG; and plenty going on with many players....I wanted to reach out and ask the people who make the server so great what they would prefer.
I personally only have 2 to 3 days I can spare a week and I'm sure even less for OGR. So let us know what you think we should do with them.
P.S. If anyone wants to DM or is good with tech. and wants to be a BG techie...put in your DM application and let us know please. WE NEED YOU!

Re: Limited DM's and DM Time
I have been AWOL as a DM for a bit. I should have more time fairly soon, but what BRM says is so true -- WE NEED DMs!! Step up and try it out -- its fun!
Re: Limited DM's and DM Time
I say keep up the good DM work lads. The server has enough content right now, no need to burn yourselves out splitting your time.
Re: Limited DM's and DM Time
Keep logging in to DM, everyone I have played with on the server has had more fun in your DM events then they ever have doing a static.

Re: Limited DM's and DM Time
umm.. well, actually... now that i think about it, can we have a static brm to be a part of the mod?
however, short of that, please keep bringing on the cool stuff we all have been seeing in play.

I heard jmecha say the other day that he was tired of Playing and was going to volunteer to DM. And dirsa was discussing how he was going to offer to spend some time in the toolset for you, BRM

Re: Limited DM's and DM Time
This should not even be a question. Static content, while amusing and a great distraction, is just that. A distraction. Static or automated content is not the focus, it is there to keep the players entertained when there is no DM to provide other forms of entertainment. So, no. If you only have time for one or the other then DMing is key. Asides, there is more than enough static content to keep the average playerbase entertained when they are not busy socializing.

Thanks for the input. All very good responses except for Jmecha.

That's the general assumption we place on all that jmecha says.Burt_Reynoldz_Mustache wrote:...except for Jmecha.
