The following PC Races and Classes require HDM approval as Extraordinary PCs:

Races:

• Drow
  Half-drow
  Duergar
  Svirfneblin
  Tieflings
  Aasimar
  Genasi
  Grey Orc
  Yuan-Ti

Classes:

• Favored Soul
  Any Prestige Class

The following Heritage Feats available from SoZ also require approval:

• Fey Heritage
  Fiendish Heritage

The Frenzied Berserker PrC is currently prohibited.

HDM Approval for an Extraordinary PC requires submission of a detailed background. Please contact HDM HEEGZ via PM with any questions or to apply.

Casting/using invisibility is prohibited due to game engine problems, except when allowed with the following guidelines.

- No restriction when using with a DM present (though notify a DM if the situation warrants)

- Use is allowed in non-aggressive circumstances when scouting and/or escaping enemies, but any abusive use to take advantage of OOC game mechanics is strictly forbidden

- Use for tracking/observing PCs is strictly forbidden unless both parties agree to periodic opposed listen/move silently rolls
