This is a simple one: all areas in the module should have the appropriate acf_are_* scripts set in their event slots in Area Properties. These allow location persistency to work more smoothly, enable ALFA Spawns to fire, and serve a number of other important functions.

Areas need to be open in the toolset to access their properties, but you can import the whole set of scripts at once if you have (or make) a ScriptSet for them. To do this yourself, open up the StartingArea (which I've added the acf_are_* scripts to), and open Area Properties. You should see an option for "Export Properties..." along the top tab of Area Properties. Go into there and select "Script Set...". Give the scriptset a name and save it somewhere memorable, and it will create an .xml file which you can use via "Import Properties" -> "Script Set..." to apply the same scripts to other areas, without having to select them one by one.

I'd done this for all the areas in the module last night, but lost them in a horrid toolset crash. Some areas have the scripts associated already.
