Gotta give major props to Paazin, (and any others dms involved in the latest UD adventure I was not aware of)for our last game. Really fun, and just challenging enough to kill us all if we missed a beat. Lol.

Ronan (since this it the only place I can publicly recognize) thanks for getting those files updated on MS last night! You did'nt need to but you helped out as well as you and Paazin got BG and TSM live with the patch.

Basillica thank you for the new networked chat system. I don't think any server has this anywhere else. And thanks for being patient with my noobish tech questions.

Ronan, Tha'is, Scisha, Voric, Rhaggot, Merrin... thanks for all the fun lately. The past months have been the most fun I have had in ALFA... and that takes into account a long time.

I want to direct some well-deserved accolades on all the players of the members of Sword's Edge. Regas, OGR, Ksiel, (until recently) Dirsa, Brokenbone and also Muse have all made the game very enjoyable of late. The turmoil surrounding the mess that is Bastian has never lacked for excitement and drama. Thank you all for the contributions you are making. I also want to thank Ronan for introducing some interesting twists and turns and for facilitating what I think is a great story.

I want to give some long-overdue kudos to Brokenbone in particular for his portrayal of Rhaggot. You do a spectacular job with him!

I've been having a great time with the BG players and DMs as well! The Sword's Edge group has been a blast and many of the other characters are fantastic including Tha'is, Kara and many others. A big thanks to Ronan, Boggs, Pazzin, Lokan and the rest of the BG DMs and builder's too!

Props to Ronan for some pretty difficult "hand managed" type adventuring last night, including split party. "Roll for Initiative", same as when Rhaggot tries to exercise a social skill.

Props to Dyslexic_Author, I'd only bumped into Kenner a couple of times, didn't really know what his, or his pig's, deals were, but pretty good "cluing in" to what turned out to be the villain-lady. Though Rhaggot's pretty sure the stew was fine, his was anyhow. Tough break on being "in the thick" when the portal started barfing out foes, maybe no time for escape etc. or a bad break on an AoO, think I was well tangled up with foes and not in position to dole out any aid, particularly not when the high AB rogue or assassin or whatever she was started flanking me along with the brutes.

Props to Mick, Scisha's bold plan was... well, pretty damn bold. See PMs or SE forum though Mick. Well played.

OGR and Regas, good fun as usual, boy there'll be some sober thought intermixed with rage in days to come no doubt. Will dine out on that awhile.

Also props to both of Ksiel and Muse. A sort of sombre meeting across a cell door, I am not sure if what was achieved would be a state of what, "détente" as diplomats put it? Well, at least with Bastian-Rhaggot that is, Tha'is is another story! Someone see about a conjugal visit trailer 'round there eh?

This is more in the "builders & scripters props" department.

I've had the opportunity to play around in BG over the last week or so. Some of the statics are quite enjoyable, really facilitating ( necessitating) party play for completion.


The random encounter scripts in the woods are also very good at keeping you on your toes.
