who is the HDM for BG right now? Im working on a new pc idea (rogue) that would be fun to play with you, But I just came back and my primary is still in BG. Could I get a pass to join as well?

Actually because you've been inactive for more than a month, existing policy says you can roll a new PC on BG without any special exceptions, provided you haven't logged into BG and done any regular playing yet, and when you log in with your main you just have to make a beeline for the server exit (otherwise, yeah you have to be on the same deal as me: only on BG during events with DM supervision and HDM permission).

Thanks, now that I'm on a computer an not a smart phone, I am more able to look this stuff up. Though, I must admit, wow. Things change in a short time. Last I heard Paazin stepped down and Boom had stepped up. Do I even want to know what happened this last year?

Shad0wfax, what do you say? I haven't played except to log in and find a place to hibernate, but I can ship out to another server with my main to bring in a lowbie for your game, with your permission.

Also, we should name our group, so we can make a Player Group wiki/forum about it.

A name will probably fall into place once we get to a general plot. Right now we're just a bunch of noobs with little coordination or purpose. Plot might pick up and help with that?

Gonz.0 : if you move your old BG PC to another server without doing any statics, plots, monster hunting, or DM events, you can roll a new OC immediately. I can work on your old PCs replacement gear, if I find logs, and replace that in a specially allowed login. If you've played your old PC in any substantive way on BG, you'll need to move it to another server and get PA permission, as far as the rules go.

I'm only allowing one player to play a second character insession only mode on BG while also having a main character on BG, since any other solution is either absolutely out of character or causes a forced retirement issue. In all other cases, every player has a reasonable way to move a character to another server.

Work has been crazy for the last few weeks. I'm likely going to be unable to run regular events for a few weeks longer.

I'm likely going to remain busy and infrequently available through the month of November.

However, my office schedule beginning December 1st will be far less hectic and I'll be able to DM very reliably on a set schedule.

The low level campaign is on hold until late November 29th or December 6.
