i think here's an example of spawns not making much sense... :eek:

the undead and ogre were aparently too slow to make it into the shot.. :P the hodgepodge of wolfs, goblins, undead, ogre and necrotaur would sure eat just about anyone but a very fast dwarf (in the shot up front) with iron buttcheeks...

p.s. all this is next to area where town fishermen is directing newcomers to town to go make gold fishing....

Not sure if this is particular to the DM client, but while playing an NPC the other night, spawns seemed to just "appear" a short distance from said NPC before charging and attacking. Maybe check distance to spawn trigger?

in my experience there's a delay from when pc enters area to when spawns appear. so if you enter area and instead of spending a minute or so at transition just start walking, you may end up with a lucky necrotaur spawning on top of your head... :twisted: just ask my previous pc...
