I logged in for an hour yesterday, but no one came on so I went to bed. 
My first wave of family arrived today for the holiday season. I'll be sporadic until the first week of January now.

Maybe Ithildur might eventually come back? He had a super fun and relatively regular "Undead threat upon Rivermoot" situation going for a "Few" weeks... then disappeared.

Thailand is UTC +7
The active DMs are UTC -8
You're 15 hours ahead of us (or 12 hours ahead of the eastern US).
To get any reliable sort of DMing it's going to be on your Saturdays between 3 AM Bangkok time to 9 AM Bangkok time on BG or between 9 AM Bangkok time and whenever Arri finishes on MS.

Saturday morning 3:00am-9:00am couldn't even have been chosen more perfect for me .
Same for Sunday!
And during the work-week, any DMs or players that might play in the mornings who are 12-15 hours behind me, also work out for me because that would be same day for me but my evenings....
I check the numbers all the time, the frustration is not "missing" peak times...there ARE no peak times.
And my frustration is not directed at anyone/everyone, it just comes from missing the days when 10-15 bodies were on every day/night...some of which are still "here" but just don't play.
