That's not a shield. In fact I'm not sure what that is... tempus tears - the building with mote has a door, but it seems to be placed deeper within wall. when clicked, my toon wandered up to the wall, couldn't interact with the door, and then received a massive lag spike which wouldn't go away until i re-logged.
