i have taken a look at this and my complaint with it is a common one for many things created:

mainly that it is too intense on machines in terms of memory and graphics card requirements. Its no good being beautiful if no one can play on it. As such it won't be included.

On a side note, it doesn't seem to follow Volo's guide much either (which is what i'm going off of).

I don't want to come off as snarky though, that is much better than i can even hope to build in terms of looks, but my partner (josh) actually submitted a few exteriors of the city he wanted included as well that he'd built and had to turn them down for the same reasons.

I'm really trying to learn from the mistakes i've seen on modules such as Waterdeep, etc that just became beasts throughout their life. I want to keep this a lean, mean, machine!

No worries quality over quantity thats for sure. I didnt get much of a chance to look the city areas over but they would need sprucing up from what i saw any who. Very excited about the server though.
