Greetings

Post by Makathran »

Hey there! Just a quick post to introduce myself. Total noob to the whole PW thing but after some reading this one looks pretty good. I am from Scotland (or the UK if you prefer =P) I have played a lot of d&d in the past, both ad&d and 3.5 ruleset, and I'm looking forward to getting involved.
Are there any groups on the go for EU players currently?

Welcome! Hope to see you in game.

For finding groups, Orangetree is probably in your timezone, so that might be an opportunity for play. I also think we have a game that runs in the early afternoons U.S. time, which would tend to be European evenings (Adanu's, maybe? I know that timeslot wiggled a little bit to try to make room for players, so I might not have the latest information). There's also Veilan and Kid (in Germany and the holy land, respectively), who'd probably be able to comment more on who can be rallied in their times.

Welcome welcome. Be proud a proud Scot. no reason not to be. And don't let anyone get on you too much about sheep jokes either. ;) Glad to see you join us!

If you need any help, in game or out, if I'm about I'll be glad to shoot some non-game breaking information your way. We take the dissemination of quest info to be a bad thing, but general info and interface help, we should all be glad to assist you with freely.

Oh, and for tradition's sake, let me be the first to say... 'Good luck with your second character.'

Hey there and welcome man. As others have already pointed out, theres a few individuals and DMs who might be compatible with your time. For joining an existing campaign, I might suggest Adanu currently. I myself am often on too when i'm not at work or running some scouting related activity.

Welcomes and all that jazz. I'm sometimes on during UK hours, shouldn't be, but *shrugs*.

When are we going to see you in game?
I doubt, therefore; I might be
Calil - Elf maid depicted in profile picture.
Bellie - Small woman from Lowhill with big attitude - see below

Wait, is this thread an opportunity for me to post Dr Rick Dagless, MD's Scotland rant?!

;)

Welcome aboard, hope to catch you in chat or in game on some occasion!
