thank you to all. Is the OAS2 a NWN2 server? If s then no dice...I run Linux and they haven't ported it over yet.
I have not had a chance yet to login and create a new Character but I think I will tonight.

OAS2 is NWN2 and is currently in beta-testing
But there is still plenty of fun to be had on many of the NWN1 vservers in the meantime!

Ok, After running through the worlds for an hour I have a question. Where is eveyone? The servers here are because beautiful but I can't find anyone to RP with. Is most of this done on the DM quests?
Also is there a map of where things are? I am getting lost a bit.

I was playing near Luskin. I was a dwarf and almost got killed trying to get in...my friend did get killed! lol Only thing is...why can't a dwarf get into Luskin? I don't understand why that is.
I play around 5PM MST (-7) on weekdays. And sometimes Saturday and Sunday.
Where would be the best place to play?

I'd suggest posting in the Luskan forums for getting something together, or migrate to Shadowdale or Sembia.
There is a ready-made dorf PC campaign and community on Shadowdale. Check out the server forums for times and schtuffs.

One thing I always suggest to new players is checking Gamespy during your regular playtime and find out the server that is most active. I feel that one of the main reasons players get disappointed is that they pick a server that sounds ubber cool, but it's mostly empty when they have time to play. Time coordination is essencial I'm afraid. There's no server full 24/7. With that said, Shadowdale has excellent coverage these days and top notch DMs and players. I'm sure you'll like it.
